Common Returns Questions
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return items in new, unused, original condition within 60 days of purchase. You will receive a refund on the credit card you originally used to make your purchase.
Who pays for the return shipping charges?
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 888-438-1299 or firstname.lastname@example.org for help with your return.
- If would like to return an item, we will provide a Priority Mail return label as a convenience and deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. The return shipping cost will be calculated during the returns process and is based on the weight of the item(s) you are returning. If the return is due to our mistake, we will pay for the return shipping.
Do I need to use your shipping label?
- If you use our return label, your return package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, which may be more expensive than other shipping options.
- If you have a lightweight package or a heavy package, it may be less expensive to return it through your local post office choosing First Class Mail (less than one pound) or Parcel Select (2+ lbs).
- If you choose to return your product First Class or Parcel Select, please note that you cannot return your item in a Priority Mail box.
How much will I be refunded?
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any discounts, shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, and return shipping charges (if applicable).
If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $99 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I return used merchandise?
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. If an item is returned and the packaging is damaged or missing any labels, instructions, or pieces, the return (if accepted) will be eligible for store credit only and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, or returned to customer at customer's expense.
What items are returnable?
All merchandise is returnable; however, some large and heavy and oversized items that ship directly from the manufacturer cannot be processed though our online Returns Center. Please contact us at support@bellalunatoys or 1-888-438-1299 for help with returning oversized items.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your items are received and inspected by Bella Luna Toys, you'll receive your refund typically within 48 hours. Please note that you may not see the refund on your credit card statement for one or two billing cycles.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, give us a call at 1-888-438-1299 (1-207-593-7990 from outside the U.S.) and request a Telephone Exchange. We'll place a new order for the replacement item(s) and charge your credit card. Your exchange item(s) will ship within one business day, and we'll waive the shipping fee.
We'll issue a refund for the return once we receive it back.
