Common Returns Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return items in new, unused, original condition within 365 days of purchase. You will receive a refund on the credit card you originally used to make your purchase.

Who pays for the return shipping charges?

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at 888-438-1299 or support@bellalunatoys.com for help with your return. 
  • If would like to return an item, we will provide a return label and deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. The return shipping cost will be calculated during the returns process and is based on the weight of the item(s) you are returning. If the return is due to our mistake, we will pay for the return shipping.

How much will I be refunded?

Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any discounts, shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, and return shipping charges (if applicable).

If the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the $99 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

How soon will I receive my refund? 

Once your items are received and inspected by Bella Luna Toys, you'll receive your refund typically within 48 hours. Please note that you may not see the refund on your credit card statement for one or two billing cycles.

Can I return used merchandise? 

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. If an item is returned and the packaging is damaged or missing any labels, instructions, or pieces, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund or credit.

What items are returnable?

All merchandise is returnable; however, some large and heavy items cannot be processed though our online returns center. These items will be clearly marked when you initiate a return with instructions on how to proceed.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, give us a call at 1-888-438-1299 (1-207-593-7990 from outside the U.S.) and request a Telephone Exchange. We'll place a new order for the replacement item(s) and charge your credit card. Your exchange item(s) will ship within one business day, and we'll waive the shipping fee.

We'll issue a refund for the return once we receive it back.
